Regeneration and Intensification round table breakfast
Ackroyd Lowrie host Regeneration and Intensification round table breakfast focusing on the New London Plan.
Ackroyd Lowrie hosted a fascinating roundtable event on the New London Plan. Guests were invited from across the sector, and included Justin Carr from the GLA, Colin Wilson, head of Southwark’s Old Kent Road Regeneration Team, Pat Hayes from BeFirst, Barking and Dagenham’s in house regeneration company, as well as developers from across the commercial and residential sectors.
The topics of conversation were focused on the opportunities and challenges presented by the New London Plan, the most ambitious and far-reaching document to affect planning policy in London for a decade.
The breakfast served as the perfect opportunity for those in the private sector to question policy-makers on how they see the policies ion the London Plan being implemented, and how they anticipate that the implementation would be funded.
AL will be publishing a detailed blog post with highlights of the conversation in the near future.
The event was co-sponsored by hgh Consulting, Trowers & Hamlins, and Eversleigh, and was run in support of LandAid.
