Office Manager

Ellen graduated from Loughborough University with a BA in Textile Design and Innovation, where she developed a passion for contemporary mixed-media and ceramic design.

Before joining Ackroyd Lowrie, she worked as a Floor Manager at The House of KOKO in London, combining hospitality management with administrative coordination and client relations. She has also gained creative industry experience at Mud Gang Pottery and Anne Kyyro Quinn, balancing hands-on making with digital design and studio organisation.

As Office Manager, Ellen brings adaptability, positivity, and strong communication skills to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the studio. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring London’s food scene, and continuing her ceramic practice.
