Director of Operations

Hattie brings over a decade of experience leading operations across the built environment, childcare, and charity sectors. In her role as Director of Operations, she oversees the alignment of people, processes, profit, and purpose, ensuring the business runs smoothly and sustainably. She works closely with Jon and Oli to shape and implement the company’s strategy.

After leaving her previous role at an architecture practice, Hattie completed the On Purpose programme, a year-long leadership development journey focused on creating positive social and environmental impact. She brings this values-led perspective into her work, with a particular passion for inclusive leadership and building collaborative, impact-driven teams.

Outside of work, Hattie enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time in nature. She has a creative side, with a background in Fashion and Contour from De Montfort University and still finds time to sew.
