Welcoming our AL Academy Students
A warm welcome to our newest AL Academy placement students, Samuel, Nayara and Neillon.
The trio joined us in the studio for their first kick off day, where Oliver Lowrie and Charlotte Staton led a welcome session, introducing the team and our current projects.
Next, Justas Volskis talked about his time as a work placement student in the AL Academy and how that’s led to his new role as a full-time apprentice.
Before lunch, Samuel, Nayara and Neillon worked to complete a site analysis and drawing exercise before we all re-grouped for our regular Lunch & Learn workshop, this time led by Oscar Clarke.
We loved seeing new energy and perspectives in the studio and now we’re looking forward to Samuel, Nayara, and Neillon starting their official placements in January!
